Choosing your C-Quence level

New to Environ, or coming back after a break? Start with C-Quence 1. The range steps up in vitamin A strength one level at a time so your skin can adjust without reacting.

Already using C-Quence? Choose the level you're on now. Finished a full bottle with no reaction? You can step up one.

Moving over from AVST? Finished AVST 4 or 5 — start at C-Quence 3. On AVST 1–3 — start at C-Quence 1 or 2. Not sure — pick any level and complete the Skin Health Questionnaire after ordering, or book your free 15-minute consultation; we set the level before the box is packed.

Defence Creme or Defence Creme+?

Defence Creme — the daytime moisturiser for the range. Right for most people, and for anyone on C-Quence 1–3.

Defence Creme+ (£11 more) — higher vitamin A. Best once your skin is comfortable on the range; most people on C-Quence 4 or Plus choose it.
